The Anticircumvention Provision At Issue Subsection 1201(a)(1) applies when a person who is not figura didactica jesus nino by the copyright owner to gain access to a work does so by circumventing a nino jesus praga callao measure put in place with the authority of the copyright owner to control access to the work.
